A Ren Faire to Remember by Madhavi Krevat
This is our brand new book by first time author Madhavi Krevat. She's done a great job writing an action-packed romantic story that anyone who likes medieval tales, Ren Faires, or the possibility that anything can happen at anytime will enjoy.

A Ren Faire to Remember is a personalized tale, where the starring couple embark on an outing to London to attend the largest Renaissance Faire in the world. They find London alluring but are most excited about attending the colorful Ren Faire.
Dressing in period costumes, our couple encounter others wearing the vivid, intricate garb of knights, maidens, kings, queens, jesters, wizards, princesses, falconers, minstrels and more. Jousting tournaments, musical performances, and food booths provide continuous entertainment, and in the extravaganza the hero and heroine meet a mysterious stranger who is desperate for help.
Taking them into his confidence, he transports them to a medieval, mythical land where brave knights serve a legendary king. To help their new-found friend and to get back home themselves, they must complete a fantastic quest, traveling through dark forests, into dank caves, up lofty green hills, and finally to an ancient plain where pillars of stone hold mystical powers and provide a battle ground to resolve their predicament. Magic, intelligence, perseverance, pride, evil, virtue, jealousy, daring and especially love all mix to truly make this a Ren Faire to remember.

A Ren Faire to Remember is available as a paperback, hardback and ebook. Paper & hardback versions follow normal delivery times; and if you order an eBook, it will be emailed to you in a matter of hours from when you order. You must provide a valid email address.

WILD excerpt
All excerpts in this column are done in the "WILD" version. Examples of personalization are in pink, such as man's and woman's names, cologne, eye color, etc.

This excerpt comes from Madhavi Krevat’s A Ren Fair to Remember as the starring couple, Ann and John, arrive at their hotel room in London.

“London!” Ann cried. “Can you believe that flight from RDU and now we’re here for the Renaissance Faire?”
“Yes,” John replied, “and away from Wheeling Steel for a while.”
“And Kaufmann’s,” she said. “On vacation! I’m afraid if I pinch myself, I might wake up.”
John was standing next to her by the window in their hotel room looking out at the skyline of the city. He reached over and pinched her on the arm.
“Ouch!” She swatted at him then laughed delightedly.
“Are you still in London?” he asked.
Ann giggled and turned back to the room. It was small but comfortable, and she looked around with contentment. She threw herself on the queen-size bed, stretching out languidly. “Touristy, isn’t it?” she asked, indicating the covers. “I like it.”
“The Union Jack as a bedspread? Definitely touristy. I like it, too.” John grinned and lay down beside her. “I’m exhausted,” he said as he closed his eyes. “You wore me out, Hunny!”
“Me?” Ann cried. “You’re the one who suggested we join the Mile High Club.”
“Yeah, well after our 20 years together, I figured we should.” He grinned licentiously at her, a twinkle in his hazel eyes.
Ann rolled onto her side and put her hand on his chest, running her fingers back and forth over his shirt. “We should have done it much earlier.”
John rolled to face her and drew her close. A whiff of her signature scent, Tresor, filled his nose and flamed his loins. He kissed her, wrapping his arms around her, his hands caressing her back. He moved his fingers up and through her blonde hair. He pressed his mouth against hers, parting her lips with his tongue.
She moaned against his mouth as his tongue caressed her lips and went further.
They broke apart for a moment.
“You are the best kisser, Darling,” Ann said. “I could lie here and kiss you all night long.”
At that point, John’s stomach rumbled, prompting him to say, “I’m hungry.”
     Ann snickered. “You’re always hungry.”
“I am,” he said grinning at her, “for you.”

I like it, too.” John grinned and lay down beside her. “I’m exhausted,” he said as he closed his eyes. “With the packing, leaving Yorkville, driving the Corvette to RDU, the flight to Heathrow and the taxi here, I’m really glad to be here, with you, Hunny.”
“I’m happy to be here, or anywhere, with you, Darling,” Ann replied. In their 20 years together, she realized how lucky she was to have such a loving, good man in her life.
A twinkle sparked in his hazel eyes as he leaned over and kissed her.
Ann returned the embrace, then rolled onto her side and put her head on his chest, running her fingers up and into his black hair.
“Umm, that feels sooo good,” John said as he put his arm over her. A whiff of her signature scent, Tresor, filled his nose and made him smile. He rubbed her shoulder, then moved his fingers up and through her blonde hair. Soon he shifted so he could kiss her.
She moaned against his mouth and said, “You’re the best kisser, Darling. I could stay here and kiss you all night long.”
At that point, John’s stomach rumbled, prompting him to say, “I’m hungry.”
     Ann snickered. “You’re always hungry.”
“I am,” he said grinning at her, “for you.” He kissed her again.
