• Standard U.S. Priority is $7 (usually 5-7 business days);
• Standard Out-of-Country Priority is $16 (usually 7-10 business days);
• US Express Service is $30 (usually 2-3 business days);
• Out-of-Country Express Service is $65 (varies by country but usually 3 -5 business days).

IMPORTANT:
Hardback books require up to 8 business days of production time in addition to shipping time.

In short, in the US, plain paperbacks usually arrive within a week.
Hardbacks in the US usually arrive within two weeks.

• Before you begin the ordering process, have an digital photo of the couple ready to upload in your computer.
• The best photo to use is a close head-and-shoulders shot of the starring couple. See the example at left (close to actual size).
• Please make sure your photo is in a jpeg format and that its filename ends in .jpg.
• The photo should be no smaller than 640 x 480 pixels (122 kb) or, if you are sizing by dots-per-inch, no smaller than 150 dpi. Do not send a 72 dpi photo which is standard for web pages - the quality will not be good enough.
• Do not send an excessively large file. Maximum should be about 2200 x 1700 pixels or 300 dpi or (1 mb.)
• Ideal is about 1280 x 960 pixels (414 kb).
• Most digital cameras have settings for low, medium, normal or high resolution, sometimes called fine. Shooting on medium or normal (but not high or fine) would work well for your upload.
• Once your photo is ready in your computer, you can upload it.
