Shore Thing II

is a collaboration by Fletcher Newbern and Marcy Thomas that is perfect for anyone who loves vacationing on the water. It does have four personalized short stories like Shore Thing, but should not be considered as a sequel to "Shore Thing," but it can be read alone. It is a sure thing.

It features:
• Learning to surf in Huntington Beach, CA, also known as Surf City, USA;
• Star-filled nights and memorable days boating on the massive Lake Powell, UT, alongside towering red rocks cliffs, plus exploring mystical Rainbow Bridge;
• A rendezvous in hot and spicy South Beach in Miami, FL; and
• A racy romp on Great Exuma Island, a 47-mile stretch of paradise in the Bahamas where "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest" was filmed in part for its perfect aquamarine waters.

This book is designed to give the reader 4 different stories that can be read at 4 different times. If you liked this one, you should consider its follow-up, Shore Thing.

The option to have your photo made into the full front cover of this book is not yet available. Photo added for this book means it is added as a cropped, head-and-shoulders shot of the couple and printed onto the regular book's cover.

WILD excerpt

    From “Shore Thing II,” when they decide to go for a dip in the ocean while waiting for their lunch at Coco Plum Restaurant:

    There wasn’t another soul on the beach, and soon Ann and John had fallen into the slow flow of island time in the Bahamas, after literally falling into the mellifluous waiting arms of Exuma’s warm, welcoming waters.
    Ann looked ravishing in a new red suit, purchased specifically for this trip with the aid of her best friend, Deborah. Ann felt like Yorkville and Kaufman's were on the other side of the world at this very moment. She splashed closer to John, especially pleased that he seemed able to relax so quickly. She silently congratulated herself on the impromptu idea of lunch now, resort later. She studied how the driplets of water clung to his eyelashes framing his hazel eyes in a silvery light. His black hair, mussed by the ocean water, gave him a boyish look she loved. She dove under and grabbed his backside, giving his suit a playful tug down.
    “Hey!” John sputtered turning in the water to face her, but she stopped him with her body, her breasts now taut against his back. The feel of her nipples growing tight next to his wet skin invigorated him.
    “I love where you’re heading with this, Honey, I really do. And I have to hand it to these Coco Plum people - their drinks really live up to their billing!”
    Ann laughed pushing her front harder against John’s back. She whispered into his damp ear, “I’d never want to disappoint you, Darling,” then grabbed his tushy, squeezing tightly for emphasis. “Never, ever, nuh-uh.” Under water, her hand eased around toward his front section, stroking each inch of his slippery skin along the way, exploring his thigh muscle that grew taut at her touch. It wasn’t the only thing that had grown tight.
    “Umm” John closed his eyes and reached behind his back to touch her, to feel her slick skin against his now tingling flesh.
    “Did I mention how I like your sexy ways? I think all this Bahama sunshine and fresh air has set loose the frisky side of you.”
    She caressed him more, under the cover of the gentle water. “I had a feeling it would be to your liking, my mermaid move,” she muttered. She moved to reposition herself toward his front side, thinking a kiss would be in order.
    John immediately protested. “Hey, where’s that magic touch?”
    “Coming right up,” she murmured, filling his lips with hers, tasting the salt there that now lingered with his smell, Eternity. She flicked her hot tongue into his waiting mouth. She felt a new wetness between her own legs as her sexy man’s return her torrid kiss. Her wandering hand went back to work, increasing its rhythm.
    She was immediately rewarded by the feel of fully expanded flesh, and the handful excited her. “Ooohhh,” she cooed. “Did I ever tell you how I like your frisky side? How I like when it comes out?”
    “Everything’s pretty much out there now,” he replied, pulling her into a hard embrace, and soon John’s own wandering hand had worked its way into Ann’s bathing suit bottom. He was rewarded with a heat and moistness that had nothing to do with the sun and ocean but everything to do with their ability to excite one another.
    Fortunately, before their little foray into foreplay, they had swum some distance down the beach and away from the restaurant, so now, facing their own growing passions, the decision was an easy one. They allowed the moment to take its natural course, flowing with the sensual motion that the gently moving water created, fueling their heat and easing them into full and total fulfillment. They embraced and took turns pleasing the other in their special watery lovemaking that seemed otherworldly. Suits fully readjusted, hand-in-hand in the water, they floated afterward, spent, satiated, and grinning, their eyes closed as the sun warmed their recently united bodies.
