The admission brought her point home with a sting. "Yes. And it's my choice to be with you. Forever," he added to drive home his point.
With a brief smile, she said, "I'll forgive you. Just don't forget who you're with."
     "Never," he promised.
"I feel the same about you. In fact," Ann said as she stopped and drew him near, "I can't think of going through life without you." Spontaneously taking him into her arms, she kissed him, holding her lips to his till he had to break away to catch his breath. She tossled his black hair. "Come with me," she instructed, then yanked John into the water.
The sea's warm, blue, gentle waves welcomed their entrance. Up to their knees, then waists, and finally till their shoulders were covered, the two lovers were enveloped with an enticing wet that evoked its subtle message: come play, which was exactly what was on Ann's mind, John soon found out. As waves caused him to bounce to keep his head above the water, for the second time he found himself taken by surprise when Ann took his hand and slid it down her side to her bare bottom. "Honestly, Sweet Baby, the sun, the temperature, oh, all right, and all that nudity has gotten me really hot. I thought a dip might cool me off."
The feel of her soft skin beneath his hand caused a different kind of warmth in John, one that became very evident to Ann when he pulled his body up close to hers. "You never cease to amaze me," he said as he squeezed her butt.
In a like gesture, she brought her hands to his rear and arched her body into his. "Likewise, I'm sure. Is that a porpoise in you pocket? Or are you just happy to see me?"
"I'll be your porpoise any day. Will you go swimming with me in the sea of love?"
"What'd you think I had in mind? Charades?" she joked. "But first, you've got to get with the program," and with that she jerked his swimming trunks down to his knees, which freed him to full contact with her inviting body. Before he had a chance to adjust anything, Ann clutched her hands to his shoulders, lifted herself upward, and then, wrapping her legs around his waist, slipped her body down till a full union of man and woman formed. John had no time to protest, to caution, to react, her deft maneuver was so quick. His hazel eyes rolling back in his head and a guttural, "Aughhaa" emerging from his throat were all he could muster.
"There, there, Darling, my big hunk of a bodyguard, put all those thoughts out of your head," she read his mind while rocking her body in a motion that rivaled the rushing waves, "Don't ask what I'm doing. Don't tell me to be careful, that someone might be watching, 'cause I don't care. Just enjoy." She tightened her leg muscles and rode him harder, "And I think you are too."
"Ohhh," was John's response. Between the oncoming waves and her onslaught of love, it was all he could do to stand in the whirlpool of current he was feeling.
Ann continued with her sensuous gyration, sending water coursing between the space between their bodies, hugging him firmly with both arms around the neck, nibbling on and whispering into his ear, "Go with me, work with me, let me feel your love."
Pushing to her pull, he said, "I'm with you. Oh, yeah, I'm with you." A wave eased over them making them float momentarily. For a moment John almost lost it. His legs and knees floating with the water, he fell totally into Ann's control and sensed it did not matter. Their bodies swam like a bundled jellyfish.
"Hold onto me and don't even consider stopping," she ordered, "Cause I'm enjoying myself, I'm with the man I love, and even if someone sees us, me, it doesn't matter because all they'll be seeing is L'ec up to her old tricks. Oh, I'm close now. Are you with me?" she panted.
And as if by magic, before he could speak, he was with her, and when she was beyond, so was he, buoyant in the ocean, vulnerable to the world, and loving every second of it. Luckily, they had been carried by the sea to a shallow place where he could stand, but where they were still covered with water. Ann clung to him like a wet sheet to a line as she went limp and tried to catch his breath.
"Oh I love you, you sexy woman," John cooed. "You make me so happy."
"Me, too," she returned the sentiment, "Now help me pull up my suit."

"Me, too," she returned the sentiment.
John cast his eyes to the shore where he caught sight of his third shock of the day: L'ec walking down the beach, fully clothed but highly knowledgeable of everything the two of them had been doing as was shown by her playful wave.
"Darling, that was incredible," Ann said with the enthusiasm he had grown to love in her. She added, "Thanks."
"Ha," John met her toast, "Thank you."
He took her into his arms and held her so she faced the open water. "Now if you'll just hold me for a second so I can collect myself."
